The 2018 Public Health Ethics Forum, “Minority Elders and Healthy Aging,” focuses on a range of health issues and actions to improve aging among minority elders. The National Center for Bioethics in Research and Health Care at Tuskegee University and the CDC Office of Minority Health and Health Equity host this annual event. This year’s forum explores ways to promote and protect aging populations by emphasizing public health ethics in the practice of public health.
Registration is free to attend the forum in-person or remotely.
You can also register to virtually attend the forum via live streaming. You will receive the electronic link to the forum before the event.

Lunch for the 2018 Public Health Ethics Forum: Minority Elders and Healthy Aging is on your own, however, an option to order lunch from Which Wich is available. Please go online towww.whichwich.com which is located at Emory Point in Atlanta. Order your lunch online and prepay via the online Which Wich Menu. When paying online for your lunch from Which Wich, you must pay close attention to step #7 and you must tag your lunch, 2018 Public Health Ethics Forum CDC. Your boxed lunch and beverage will be delivered on Friday, September 14. Please note, the menu includes two pages. When you order lunch online at Which Wich, please ensure you adhere to the following instructions.
- Add meeting name, “2018 Public Health Ethics Forum CDC” in the Special Instructions field
- Must add September 14, 11am in the “Later” button (Do not use “Now”)
- Participants can also go to the Drinks section on the Which Wich website and add a Bottled Water or Canned Drink to the Cart
- The cut-off date to order lunch for the September 14 Public Health Forum at the CDC is by close of business September 13.
